How we handle your data

You are being asked to share sales data with a specialist firm. Here are the straight answers to the questions you should be asking.

What we ask for

Two CSV exports. An account list (account name or ID, revenue or segment value, zip code) and a rep roster (name or ID, role, current assignment). That is the entire requirement.

No contact records, no pipeline detail, no PII is required. If your security posture prefers it, hash the account names before sending; the analysis works exactly the same and the report maps hashed IDs back on your side.

Where it lives

Encrypted at rest, US-based storage. Your data is accessible by exactly one person: the founder who runs your analysis. There are no analysts, no offshore processing team, and no third parties in the chain.

Your data is never loaded into third-party AI services, never used to train any model, and never shared, resold, aggregated, or benchmarked across clients. The optimization engine is proprietary software running on infrastructure we control.

How long we keep it

Deleted on request at any time, no questions. Deleted automatically 30 days after your engagement ends. If you only take the free assessment and go quiet, your data does not sit in a drawer; it gets purged on the same 30-day clock.

Paperwork

A mutual NDA is available on request and comes back signed the same day. For paid engagements, we sign your MSA rather than forcing ours on you.
