How Contiguo researches, writes, fact-checks, and corrects its sales territory optimization content. Plain version.
This page documents how Contiguo produces its content. We publish opinionated, research-backed content about sales territory optimization for mid-market B2B sales organizations. We are a specialist service firm — not a content marketing operation or a software vendor. Our incentive is to be right, not to be loud.
Every numerical or empirical claim in our articles must trace to one of three source classes:
We do not cite anonymous blog posts, vendor whitepapers without methodology, or AI-generated content as sources.
Before an article is published, every numerical claim is verified against the original source. If a claim cannot be traced to a primary source, we either find a source or rewrite the claim in qualitative language. A statement like "research consistently shows territory imbalance is a leading driver of rep turnover" is acceptable when a specific percentage is not defensible. We prefer accurate generality over false precision.
Contiguo content reflects operating experience from sales territory design engagements at mid-market B2B sales organizations across insurance, pharmaceutical, medical device, B2B SaaS, and financial services verticals. The methodology we publish is the same methodology we deliver to clients. We do not write about what we have not done.
Articles currently appear under a "Contiguo Team" byline rather than an individual author byline. This is an intentional choice while the founder retains an existing executive role at another firm. Individual attribution will be restored once that constraint resolves. Editorial decisions trace to a single accountable owner internally.
Contiguo today delivers a specialist concierge sales territory optimization service. We do not currently sell software — a self-service platform is in development. When that platform launches, this page will be updated to disclose it. Until then, when we publish opinions about sales territory software, our incentive is to give you an honest read on whether you need a tool, not to sell you one. We will disclose any commercial relationship with a product or vendor mentioned in our content. As of the last review of this page, no such relationships exist.
Sales territory research evolves. When primary research is superseded or when our operating experience produces a different conclusion, we update the affected articles. Updates are marked with a "Last modified" date in the article header. Substantive corrections (changing a numerical claim, a methodology, or a conclusion) are noted at the bottom of the article. We do not silently rewrite published content.
If you spot an error, write to christian.fischer@contiguo.io. We respond to corrections within five business days.

This page is reviewed every time a new article is added to Insights. The article count at the top reflects the live state of the site. If you find this page out of sync with the published article count, that is an editorial process failure on our part — let us know.
